Reducing the main points of chicken residues in broiler cages

In the work of breeding broiler chickens, it is inevitable that some farming and breeding work will not be done in place to cause diseases in the flocks. When the drug treatment is carried out, the broiler chickens are easy to leave drugs in the body, which causes the broiler to decline in grade and the quality is not good, which affects the farmers. The economic benefits and the health of consumers, how should we reduce the medicinal residues of broilers?

1. Strictly control drinking water: Chicks should drink cold boiled water within 1 week of age, and should be allowed to drink water regularly. It is necessary to wash the trough and the sink frequently to ensure the hygiene of feed and drinking water and reduce the chance of illness. After 1 week, fresh well water, tap water, and disinfectant water can be used alternately. Do not use river water or polluted water.

2. Establish an unspecified animal epidemic area: from green feeding certification to epidemic prevention card, from supervision and feeding supervision certificate to quarantine inspection, interlocking and closing. Add drugs according to the standard to control and eliminate infectious diseases of livestock and poultry.

3. Choose a good breeding environment: choose a chicken farm that is far away from the village, with high dry terrain, good ventilation, good drainage conditions, water and electricity, and no pollution sources.

4. Develop a scientific immunization program: whether it is Newcastle disease or bursal disease, the immunization should be boosted once after 7 days of priming, and scientific methods of inoculation should be used.

5. Reasonable feeding of preventive drugs: use non-drug-disabled drugs to prevent coccidiosis, and choose enrofloxacin and amikacin coliform disease with short drug withdrawal period. In order to reduce the number of administrations and dosage, shorten the drug withdrawal period: a certain amount of preventive drugs should be administered according to plan, growth age and season to avoid accumulation of residues and ensure healthy growth of broilers.

6. Strictly observe the drug withdrawal regulations: no drugs can be added to the feed during the late feeding period. Five days before the broiler is released, disinfectants and double-quaternary ammonium salts are used to create an environment free of epidemic infections and no pollution threats, so that chickens grow faster and have less chance of contracting diseases.

The above six points are shared by the authors. When using automatic broiler battery cages to raise chickens, the method of reducing drug residues in broilers is reduced. I hope that I can help the farmers. If there are other questions, the farmers can consult the technicians of the poultry equipment manufacturers.
